In professional sports there is no way around intense practice. But a well designed training also helps everybody to cope with a stressful job and daily hassles by improving our physical and mental fitness (at the same time). Therefore we offer individual training plans which take to account your personal needs on your way to a healthier and more dynamic life.
To make sure that our training fits your personal needs we recommend a “one on one” personal training. But we also offer trainings in small groups of less than 6 individuals. This ensures that we live up to your expectations no matter whether you seek for support in specific preparation for competition or for improved general fitness.
